Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anaheim Automation DPF01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anorad products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anderson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anorad such as the D9131880240 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GJ22G2C000081 manufactured by Anderson and we are pleased to be able to service most Anderson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8223G003 by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Anorad Brand 69080SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as EF8220G406 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8210G002MO made by Asco as well as the popular HB100510A0400 original spares produced by Anderson-Instrument

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8210G089 by Asco and EF8220G406 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM702M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Animatics.
